Pat Berger | Kaiser Tiger

Pat Berger is the owner of Paddy Longs and Kaiser Tiger. After a trip to Dublin with his friend Chris Latchford, the two decided to open their own Paddy Long's Beer and Bacon Pub, and recently Kaiser Tiger. They concentrate on serving their own sausage and bacon recipes, which includes "The Bomb," a five-pound meatloaf stuffed and wrapped in bacon.

We have a beer garden in the summer and turn it into a curling rink in the winter.
